CHRISTMAS TEA PARTY 2013
This was held at Manor Farmhouse and Allan and Prue Castle welcomed everyone to their home for which proved to be a very jolly occasion. The Church ladies had prepared a delicious tea after which we all sang carols accompanied on the keyboard by Lindy Paramor. There was some little confusion over verses owing to the use of two different sets of carol sheets, but it all added to the fun and enjoyment and, to paraphrase the late, great Eric Morecambe “we sang all the right verses, but not necessarily in the right order”. The afternoon ended with the Christmas Blessing given by Rev Jane Dunlop.

A big very Thank You to the ladies for preparing such a marvellous tea, to Lindy for playing the keyboard for us, to Rev Jane for the Blessing and to Allan and Prue for their generous hospitality.
The occasion was very much enjoyed and appreciated by all.
